The John Henry Foundation is looking to hire a Program Caregiver to work in our residential program for adults with mental illness. The job of the Program Caregiver is to provide care and supervision to program residents, to oversee the daily program schedule and to ensure that resident’s needs are met as they work towards stability and greater independence.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with adults who have mental illness in a team-oriented, supportive environment.
This position is Evenings/Nights (2pm-10pm/10pm-6am), Weekdays and Weekends. Availability for all these times is preferred. Full time and Part time positions available.
Minimum qualifications: 18 years of age First Aid/CPR certified Medical/TB Clearance DOJ/FBI Fingerprinting Clearance (Clean record required) Ability to lift at least 20lb
Previous experience working with similar population preferred, but not required.
Hours: Full time with weekends/Part time with weekends Pay: $16/hour DOE, benefits eligible for full time.
